Primero que todo, voy a comenzar con una pequeña presentación. Me llamo Nicole, tengo diecinueve y soy de Chile, estudio traducción con una licenciatura en lenguas y letras, planeo trabajar en una editorial o algún lugar donde pueda hacer cosas relacionadas con libros, ya sea traduciendo o editándolos, y bueno, si no se da esa posibilidad, supongo que haré free-lance, aún no me encuentro muy segura.
I don't want to do this new journey alone, so if there was a moment where you thought about doing something like this —not the bilingual part but the blog— and didn't do it, just ask! I'm looking for a co-administrator. for whatever you want, English or Spanish.
No quiero hacer este nuevo viaje sola, por lo que si hubo un momento cuando pensaste en hacer algo así, la parte del blog, no necesariamente lo de que sea bilingüe, y al final no lo hiciste, ¡pregunta! Estoy buscando a una o un co-administrador, para lo que sea, inglés o español.

Hello everyone, so even when a few days ago I finished this blog, just today I had time to write and give you all a proper welcome! So welcome to my new-little world, I hope you enjoy and take part of it.
First of all, I’m going to start introducing myself. My name is Nicole, I’m 19 years old and I’m from Chile —for those who don’t know about it, is located in the Western South America— I'm studying translation with a degree in languages and letters, I plan to work in a publisher or somewhere where I can make or do things related to books, either translating or editing them, or maybe do free-lance, no idea yet.
These days isn’t strange to see reviews blogs with giveaways and a lot of others things, so as my 2016 project I decided to do a bilingual blog, both English and Spanish —and of course, not just reviewing.
How did my love for books start? This started like 5 or 6 years ago in high school, and there was this girl —who was one of my closest friends until last year— she was the reader of our friends group and a day she told me to read a book —don't remember the name because I do know I didn't like it— I didn't want to at first because I didn't like to read! Well, I accepted... then I —by myself— decided to read other... and other... and well, then another one, so not an amazing beginning but there it's. And of course, now I can't be a whole day without reading, a book or some story in Wattpad.

Hola a todos, a pesar de que hace unos días terminé el blog, recién hoy tengo el tiempo para poder escribir y darles una bienvenida apropiada :) Así que, bienvenidos a mi pequeño y nuevo espacio, espero que disfruten y sean parte de él.

En estos días, no es muy raro ver blogs de reseñas con concursos y esas cosas, así que como mi proyecto para este año decidí hacer un blog bilingüe, tanto en español como en inglés, pero por supuesto no solamente haciendo reseñas.
¿Cómo comenzó mi amor por los libros? Comenzó hace cinco o seis años más o menos, en la secundaria —o enseñanza media, como le decimos en Chile— y ahí estaba esta chica, quien fue una de mis amigas más cercanas hasta el último año, era la lectora de nuestro grupo, y un día simplemente me dijo que leyera un libro —no recuerdo el nombre, porque estoy bastante segura de que no me gustó— debo confesar que al principio no quise, pero entonces acepté leerlo... luego, sin nadie diciéndomelo, leí otro... y otro... y bueno, otro, así que, no es un comienzo extraordinario, pero así fue. Y por supuesto, ahora no puedo estar ni un día sin leer, ya sea un libro o alguna historia en Wattpad.

Mi primer libro tampoco me gusto, la historia no era para mi aun, aunque hoy por hoy leo porque necesito hacerme del habito de la lectura XD
